HTC Not Panicking Left Some Executives

TAIWAN - HTC have willingly abandoned by a number of corporate executives. However, according to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Peter Chou, the resignation of a number of employees was not rocked corporate rate.

Chou told the Wall Street Journal, the company is currently in good condition and the departure of several key executives is just part of a normal business practice. "Some people have gone, but still a lot of living. So I do not think that it is a problem. No need to panic just because a few people have gone," Chou said, as quoted by Tech Radar, Sunday (23/06/2013 ).
 


Furthermore, Chou admits that after the departure of some employees, he had little participation in the affairs of the company marketing before hiring a new department head. As is known, Chief Product Officer Kouji Kodera and several colleagues from Marketing and Communications decided to withdraw from HTC in the past month, including Chief Communications Jason Gordon.

Outside the resignation of a number of executives, Chou stated HTC should plan a better future to avoid delays as experienced handsets this year. He said the delay was a mistake and over time the company will be better every handset launches.

"In line time, when we did it a few times, we will be better able to manage and balance work on new things and practices," said Chou.
