July 15, Xperia Z Using Android 4.2.2

CANBERRA - Z Xperia Users in Australia will use the newer version ie Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). This was disclosed by the Australian operator, Telstra.

Quoted from Softpedia, Friday (21/06/2013), in Australia revealed Xperia Z will get Android 4.2.2 on July 15. According to Telstra, the current Android 4.2.2 for Xperia Z is in the testing phase and will be distributed at approximately mid-July. Android latest version for Sony's flagship smartphone will likely be approved at the beginning of next month.

The report said XperiaBlog, will be present in Android 4.2.2 Xperia Z with firmware version 10.3.A.0.423.
 


Xperia Z first started as soon debut at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2013 at the beginning of this year. Dust and waterproof smartphone has a screen HD Reality Display (1080 x 1920) with a 5 inch Mobile Bravia Engine 2 technology which is claimed to offer the best viewing experience. Other specifications are reinforced quad-core 1.5GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, and runs on the Android operating system 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Sakura's technology also promises good quality photos with 13.1-megapixel camera, 1080p video, LED flash, and a 2.2 megapixel front camera. Despite only having a 16GB version, but users can use the microSD slot to expand the memory storage of the data.
