Instagram boss: Facebook Not Dictate Us



CALIFORNIA - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Instagram, Kevin Systrom said that the company's acquisition by Facebook is a good thing. But according to Systrom, Instagram has even officially become a subsidiary of Facebook, but Facebook does not dictate to him about how to run the service.

"No one at Facebook to tell us what we should do. However I did speak to Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO) every day, and share your views on the market and how we became very productive," said Systrom, as quoted by the Telegraph, Monday (24/06/2013).
 

He added that additional resources of Facebook Instagram service and further strengthen the company's staff has now tripled. Additional resources, said Systrom, Instagram helps deliver video services. "When the right pieces come together, we launch it," he said.

As is known Instagram has just launched a video feature for Instagram. Systrom revealed, the video is a service that has long been planned, even before the photo-sharing service he created called Instagram.

Furthermore, Systrom confirmed its commitment to remain in the shade Instagram on Facebook. "I view Instagram as my son, it is my duty to look after. There are many open doors. You can also ask about how to influence the growth and success of Instagram Facebook," he concluded.
