Google Delete over 100 million Pirated Content Links this year

Since January 2013, the copyright holders had asked Google to remove more than 100 million are referring link or embed pirated and illegal content in the search results Google Search. This number doubled in 2012 when compared to last.

If the average is taken, then I follow about 15 million links every month problem. Although the numbers are quite large, but the copyright holder is still not quite satisfied. They keep sending millions of demanders lawsuit DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) on Google.

So what sites are 'aggrieved' over Google's policy? FilesTube ie on top with 5.8 million URLs have been removed. And then there Torrentz.eu Rapidgator.net that followed at No. 3 and 4 with each 2.5 million and 2.1 million URLs.

Interestingly enough, of the data that Google released no famous pirate site The Pirate Bay in the top 20 list. Quoted from Torrent Freak, this may happen because the site had several times changed the domain.

If the data above is from the 'victim' of Google's policies, then, who is the most diligent embarked DMCA requests? Turns are RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America), a trade association in the U.S. recording industry. They have sent a DMCA request up to 26 million URLs.

Brad Buckles RIAA Executive Vice President said if their efforts day after day is getting better. He even joked if the RIAA to have to use a bucket to accommodate ocean illegal download links on the Internet.
